We are planning for a scheduled maintenance which will last approximately 2 hours on November 7th, 2023 in order to perform upgrades to our infrastructure. We will be performing some changes to the VPS and billing panel on this date and time.
The VPS control panel may be unavailable during these hours, resulting in certain functionality such as reinstallations, power controls, and more being inaccessible during the allotted timeframe. We expect the maintenance to be finished within 30 minutes for the VPS control panel, but it could be shorter or longer depending on the circumstances.
The billing panel may be unavailable during these hours, resulting in the billing panel not being accessible. We expect the maintenance to be finished within 15 minutes for the billing panel, but it could be longer or shorter depending on the circumstances. An error message may appear while the maintenance is ongoing.
Please note that if you need urgent assistance or power controls for your virtual private server, please open a ticket and we will go ahead and manually perform VPS control operations. Both the billing panel and VPS panel will not go offline at the same time. If the billing panel is offline, the VPS control panel will still remain online.
