As part of our ongoing work to resolve the recent intermittent network outages at our Kansas City, MO location, we will be performing a reboot of our network switching infrastructure.

Maintenance window:

• Friday, October 2, 2026, 4:00 AM – 4:30 AM ET (08:00 – 08:30 UTC)

Network connectivity will be unavailable for a brief period while the switches reboot, typically a few minutes. Your servers and VMs will remain powered on, and no data will be affected. Connectivity should restore automatically once the switches come back online, with no action required on your part.

We have scheduled this during off-peak hours to minimize disruption. We will post an update once maintenance is complete.
